Hi! My name is Gena, What’s yours?! I want to tell you some things about myself so we can be better acquainted:

·       I like running and love long walks

·       I like to be brushed and petted

·       I like company, especially outside, even if we’re just sitting around

·       I love, love having my ears rubbed – like that cat I used to live with

·       I don’t mind baths although I’m not especially fond of them

·       I don’t mind loud noises, like that thing that eats the grass but not so much that loud thing in the house that sucks up my hair

·       I like to talk to delivery trucks and love to howl like those flashy trucks do

·       I don’t really know how to play with toys, like chasing balls, cuz I never had any growing up

·       When I’m inside I’m good and don’t chew on anything I’m not given – like shoes or toys

·       I don’t scratch at the door to come in or go out; so watch me, if I pace near the door, that means I need to go potty

·       I know what “It’s time for night night" means

·       I’ll let you know when strangers are near

·       I like rawhide bones to chew on and I drink lots of water so keep my bowl filled

·       I only dig holes outside if I’m bored – but only in soft dirt – like flower beds – that’s the best kind of dirt to play in

·       I’m not a picky eater, will eat almost anything you give me but I do like a little broth or water in my hard food sometimes but even just having company when I eat is good enough

I love my first foster mom cuz she saved me from being chained to my house and from being outside all the time no matter the weather.  I'm looking forward to living inside a new home with a new family to love me forever.
