Leia is a gorgeous and very easy-going white GSD. I am a full time student 4 days out of the week and babysit a lot on weekends.  I am not home all day long but Leia does very well with my schedule. I don't put her in the crate when I leave and she doesn't destroy anything. However if you wanted to leave her in the crate while you are out she has absolutely no problem being in it. She is a wonderful dog, she listens very well and if she does something wrong she takes corrections with no problem. Leia will come to the door anytime you walk through it and greet you with tons of kisses. Leia is not the biggest fan of dogs (she really does not like black labs) she has one friend she plays with, he is another German Shepherd but it took them about 2-3 weeks to actually start playing with no aggressiveness from Leia. If you're living alone I think Leia would be absolutely perfect for you! If you have kids I think she would fit in nicely but it may take some time so it would have to be a family with patience. I do not think Leia would be a good fit for someone who is planning on leaving her all day everyday, she needs to be played with outside and she needs affection (She LOVES cuddling). Leia does have a very big bark and has no problem using it. I am working with Leia to make walking her on a leash easier; it is much easier compared to when I first got her but we do still have more to work on.  I did notice if you kick the ball around with her before a walk she is much much easier to walk. I think Leia would be an amazing addition to anyones family who would love her and treat her like the princess she is!
