We have had Thunder with us since last Thursday. He’s our 6th foster dog and we have been dragging our feet posting him online because he’s a pretty special dog. He loves people and he is so, so sweet. He is housebroken but is probably used to a free roaming lifestyle with a yard because he’s not fantastic on leash but he’s learning. He is incredibly smart and food motivated so he’s been pretty easy to train. He really wants to please and gets so excited when praised. He loves us all and just wants to be near everyone. He climbs up on your lap like he’s a baby while you watch TV and he follows you from room to room so if you never want to be alone again, this is the dog for you!
 

He is a beautiful dog and we have had quite a few compliments on him. He is also incredibly friendly to strangers. He has a strong recall and a good sit and stay.  He has shown a bit of wariness while on leash around the neighborhood dogs and has needed correction. He will need leash training and he does not care for the crate but he’s such a good boy, I have confidence that this dog can be trained to do anything!
