Neal is a sweet, gentle puppy who was turned into the rescue with his pupp friend Kel. Neal is all about exploring and chewing. At 3 months old, he jumps from toy to toy and tries to find the best to chew on. He loves being outside, but can get hot quickly because of his coat.
