1.04.24  Meet Noel, a beautiful black sable long haired 1 year old female.  We have had her for just over a week, so a lot of her personality is starting to come out as she recovers from her spay procedure. She was found by animal control as a stray.  

She is a high energy girl that will need an experienced owner to give her  strong leadership and structure in her training.  She knows sit, paw, down, and has good recall.  We are working on impulse control to curb mouthiness and jumpiness when she gets excited, pulling when walking on a leash, and waiting at the door for leash walks.

She is extremely friendly with all people she has met so far, is sometimes curious about our cats and other times ignores them, and is excitable meeting other dogs so needs slow introductions.  

She does very well in her crate, is not food or toy possessive, and appears potty trained as we have not had any accidents since we got her. 

Sometime in her past she lost her left eye, it is fully healed and does not seem to have affected her ability to run, jump, and play.
