Meet Murphy, a 1 year-old black GSD and possibly Dutch Shepherd mix with boundless energy and a playful spirit. This affectionate girl thrives on human companionship and is always eager to run and play. Murphy’s lively personality makes her a perfect match for active adopters who enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, swimming, running, and more (she seems to enjoy water)!

Murphy has a high prey and food drive, and she would excel in fun activities like agility and maybe even scent work. She loves using her nose! She enjoys toys, loves chasing a ball and likes to play keep away! She is crate trained, house trained and knows some basic commands. 

Murphy has done well with other dogs but can have a rough play style and can also be a dominant female so a meet and greet with any other dogs is a must. She needs rules and a strong leader. No cats for this pretty girl. 

Murphy has had exposure to walking in busy settings, eating at a dog friendly restaurant and with older children. She recently attended a very busy event and was the perfect, polite lady. She is friendly when meeting people but her love bug personality really shines once she knows you well!
