03/29/2023 - Sanford may be a GSD mix and have floppy ears but a GSD heart - he is such an awesome, goofy, happy-go-lucky boy. He is ready for anything, loves everyone he meets, is mostly quiet, and follows you around wherever you go. 

03/21/2023 – Meet Sweet, Happy Sanford. We’ve had Sanford for a little over a week and he is doing great. Sanford loves attention and very much wants to please. So far Sanford has been friendly with everyone he meets and did really great at the Super Pet Expo this past weekend – he wanted to go explore and meet all the other dogs and people.  He is a little on the velcro side, definitely wants to know where is person/people are but will give you space if needed. He is learning to leave the kitties alone but more challenging when outside so gets told no and happily he listens and will turn away.  Sweet Sanford gets along well with the other dogs in the house and enjoys roughhousing with the resident GSD. He isn’t crazy energy, which is nice. A few long walks and a game or two of fetch will be great. Sanford is very fond of balls and squeakers. If you want to go for a hike, he’s all for that too. He loves sniffing and would probably have a great time doing nose work. Sanford currently understands sit and is learning wait and how to walk nicely on a leash, but more work will be needed. He is pretty quiet in the house but will bark a little outside – a good deep bark - usually to try and entice one of the pups to play. He is great in the car. Happy to chill or hang his head out the window to sniff everything around. Sanford would make a great family pup.

03/11/2023 - Sanford just arrived at our home so just have the basics about him. He seems like a happy fella. Keep an eye on his profile for more info as we get to know him.
