Xaria is a young girl full of energy and spunk. She is gorgeous, smart and petite. She knows basic commands such as sit, down and does pretty well coming when called. Xaria and her littermate, Xavian, were surrendered to a shelter when their family's medical needs impacted their ability to provide proper care for the dogs. She has done pretty well with potty-training but will need consistency while learning a new home and routine. Xaria and Xavian are two peas in a pod. They spend a lot of time playing and chasing each other. They do not have any food or toy aggression with each other or people. Like most siblings they have the occasional spat. On the flip-side they also feed off each other and if one barks the other barks, if one goes outside its a race to see who can get out the door first and they like to keep each other within sight. They have not been tested with other dogs at this time as they just arrived in their foster home and are decompressing. Xaria loves toys, food and her favorite activity is finding a good chew toy to gnaw on. Xaria is the higher energy of the two and will require mental and physical stimulation. She needs some work on leash manners. Xaria is spayed and will go to the vet Saturday (12/31/22) to get updated vaccines and a microchip. Xaria and Xavian can be adopted together or separately.
