6/17/22: Rainy 6205 is a sweetheart looking for love! Rainy was hit by a vehicle and suffered a  break to her ulna (part of her front leg) in April. She was also pretty banged up with wounds and was taken to a veterinarian where her owners could not afford the cost of the surgical repair and made the decision to euthanize her. Luckily, Rainy was spared and was taken into rescue and was able to have the surgery she needed. She remained at the vet office for 8 weeks recovering and recently arrived in her foster home. Rainy is heartworm negative but she is positive for lyme and has been treated. Now that she has settled nicely her sweet and spunky personality is coming out! She recently attended an adoption event and she was FANTASTIC with kids, loud noises and let every stranger give her belly rubs! She was also very neutral with every dog that she met. We are so impressed with how resilient she is and what a gentle disposition she has! She will be a perfect addition for any family! Rainy has done well in her crate and is 95% potty trained.
