7/28/21 Theia is around 2 1/2 years old and truly one of the smartest little dogs I have ever fostered in my 30 year career. She can learn a behavior in about three repetitions. She can also vault a baby gate without backing up, so she would make an excellent agility prospect.
She really likes my dogs and I think she would do very well in a home with another young dog for her to play with. She tends to bond very tightly to one person.  When someone knocks at the door, she acts just like a German shepherd should and gives them a sound barking! She is still a little leery of John, but very affectionate with me and my sister.  She is housebroken, does not chew, and does not need to be crated when you’re gone.
I think her ideal home would be a young athletic woman who wants a protective companion who could become a champion at agility. She is VERY attentive to her handler and would flourish doing a sport.
