8/18/2020: Meet BIG RED! He is true to his name, big in size and bold in color! We like to call him "Red". We are still getting to know this sweetheart as he has only been with us for a short time. So far we can say that he is completely house broken and he is an angel in his crate. Red is guaranteed to have a tennis ball or some other toy in his mouth 90% of the time. He also likes to chase the ball but is very content just carrying it around. Red finds comfort in suckling on anything soft like a blanket or an old pillow. He has done well with all the dogs he has met. If you are willing to scratch his belly and give him some good rubs he will be your best friend. We can't wait to see this boy's personality blossom as he continues to settle in. Stay tuned!

8/20/2020: Red loves affection and will throw his entire body into your side to get some love. He can be quite the couch hog! He is a comedian and likes to eat his food laying down. Red went to the vet this week and is being treated for a double ear infection. He is also heart worm positive and has began treatment. Red will need some extra lovin' and snugglin' while he stays relaxed and calm during his treatment. Red has a touch of hip dysplasia in his left hip but it doesn’t slow him down one bit! He has no problems with stairs and runs like a champ! He has been introduced to older children and has done fantastic. We have not exposed him to young children or cats at this time.
