I have not had Wolf very long, less than a week actually. He believes himself to be a lap dog and will do anything to snuggle with you. He loves to run and play and rides in the car very well. I think he has Chow-Chow in him and his temperament supports this. He is somewhat protective of the people that he has attached himself to, so I would like to see him go to a home with adults so that there isn’t a constant stream of strangers for him to be concerned with. Even though his is 5 he is not un-trainable and we are working on that, so things may change as we get to know one another. Around other dogs, he will tolerate them, but doesn’t like them in his face and will growl to let them know this. He is a pretty laid back dog but very strong and big we are working on leash manners but he doesn’t jump on people or get overly excited about anything. His looks alone are very intimidating so if you’re looking for a crime deterrent he’s your man!
