Esco 3832 is a gentle 10-year-old neutered male GSD. He's a sweet boy, playful but calm, and very good with kids and other dogs. He enjoys walks, is great on a leash, and loves car rides. He's affectionate and kind, and shows his appreciation for gentle pets and ear & head rubs. He enjoys a big dog bed, but is content to nap on a carpet or a couch too. At night, he sleeps on his dog bed in the living room which is gated off--not crated. He's very food motivated, but not food aggressive. We measure out his food and cleans out his bowl lickety-split. He's house trained and hasn't had any accidents with us. He's the best behaved of any adult dog we've fostered, and better behaved than our own dogs. He knows basic commands: sit, stay/wait, down, easy, come. Esco has the demeanor of an emotional support companion, and will fit in well with any family who can show him affection in a safe place with daily walks.
