05-01-2017 Dexter is a playful, energetic 4 year old male shepherd mix. He is house trained, crate trained, and walks on a loose leash. He has just completed a Canine Dimensions obedience course and is good with commands and walking on a leash. Dexter requires moderate exercise (yard to run in, short walks on a leash). He is house trained and is comfortable sleeping on the couch at home while owners go to work. He voices when he needs to go to the bathroom/outside, as well as when he is ready to come back inside. Dexter is good with other dogs when introduced in neutral territory, but gets frightened around large groups of dogs he does not know (i.e. dog parks).

Dexter should only be placed with a dog owner who has experience with intelligent breed dogs and can keep up with his commands.
